2014 Starts Strong for Twin Cities Residential Construction

Continuing on the growth trend set in 2013, the Minneapolis/St. Paul region had strong residential permit activity this January. Builders pulled 15 percent more permits for 51 percent more units in January 2014 than they did in January 2013.

Spring 2014 Parade of Homes(sm) Opens  March 1st

The Parade of Homes, presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, will open for touring March 1st, 2014. The tour, in its 66th year, once again welcomes area families looking for new homes, but also anyone interested in seeing the latest trends in home building.
