Twin Cities Single Family Construction Remains Slow and Steady

Roseville, MN (May 28, 2015) – For the third month in a row residential construction failed to beat the previous year’s numbers. Single-family permits were down 12 percent when compared to May 2014, while multi-family permits were down 15 percent from this time last year.

Twin Cities Single Family Construction Remains Flat in April

Roseville, MN (May 1, 2015) – New home construction in the Twin Cities has yet to see the growth economists had predicted it would see in 2015. Single-family permits were exactly the same as April 2014, while multi-family permits were down by nearly 20 percent from this time last year.
