Twin Cities Residential Construction Continues Strong Pace

An increase in single-family production in May helped put 2016 on pace to be one of the strongest starts to the year for residential construction since 2007. Month-over-month May permits pulled were up 38 percent compared to 2015 and units were up 60 percent.

Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes® Fact Sheet

The Builders Association of the Twin Cities' (BATC) ticketed, high-end home event, the Artisan Home Tour, will launch its third annual tour on June 10th. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through June 26th, the tour features 21 new homes plus eight high-end remodels open the final weekend.
