Facts About the Spring 2013 Parade of Homes

In its 65th year, the Parade of Homes is presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) members. The tour runs from March 2 through the 24th, with 374 new homes open with 374 new homes open Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 6:00 pm, and sponsored by Wells Fargo.

November Hot Sheet

In the Hot Sheet: Nationwide housing production rose 3.6 percent in October to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 894,000 units, according to the U.S. Commerce Department. This is the highest pace of new-home construction since July of 2008.

Twin Cities’ Residential Construction Continues Strong in November 2012

Twin Cities residential housing continues to rebound in 2012, with November permits showing a nearly three-fold increase over November of 2011. At 68 percent of the units permitted in November, multi-family construction remains very healthy.
