Roseville, Minn. (Oct. 26, 2017) – Multi-family construction spiked upwards from this time last year, with 670 permitted units, up 69 percent from October of last year.

Twin Cities Residential Construction Continues Strong Pace

An increase in single-family production in May helped put 2016 on pace to be one of the strongest starts to the year for residential construction since 2007. Month-over-month May permits pulled were up 38 percent compared to 2015 and units were up 60 percent.

Twin Cities See a Boost in Residential Construction in June

Roseville, MN (June 24, 2015) – After a slow start to the year, Twin Cities residential construction picked up in June. Single-family permits were up 12 percent when compared to June 2014, while multi-family permits were up 55 percent from this time last year.
